We welcome you to the winter edition of our Newsletter and hope this finds you keeping safe, warm and well?

We’ve had a much better year with passenger numbers and bus journeys increasing again following the pandemic and we’ve enjoyed seeing you all back out and about again.

Priority Service from Anglia Water

We have partnered up with Anglian Water’s Priority Service which offers practical help and support to a range of people who may need extra assistance due to varying factors.  A variety of services from helping read you meter, supporting you in the event of a water incident to protecting you from bogus callers are among the areas where Anglian Water can help.  Signing up is quick and easy to do, so if you would like to take part, we can help you to register or just supply you with a paper application form that you, a family member, trusted friend or carer can use.  This means that Anglian Water can not only offer practical support but can tailor their services to your individual needs.

Flu and Covid vaccinations

If you haven’t yet been for your flu or Covid vaccinations, don’t forget we can take you to your pre-arranged appointment – just give us a call on the office number and we’ll aim to get you there, so that’s one less thing to worry about.

Christmas Closure

And finally, as the year comes to a close, we will be taking a much needed break and therefore our offices will close on Friday 24 December 2022 (12.00 Noon for last bookings) and reopen again on Tuesday 3 January 2023 – Merry Christmas.
