Cambridge Dial-a-Ride is financed through membership fees and fares. However, we also receive generous support from our regular funding agencies, to whom we are very grateful, as we are to the many other groups who make occasional donations.

We receive core funding through fares and fees from members and through recurring grants from Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority.

But with ever increasing costs and need for replacing our buses, Cambridge Dial-a-Ride relies on support in the form of financial donations. If you know of any group or individual who would like to support Cambridge Dial-a-Ride in money or kind or would like to raise funds for us please contact the Cambridge Dial-a-Ride office

In the  meantime our Trustee, Director and Volunteer Driver Linda, is bravely climbing out onto the wing of a Stearman Biplane to do a ‘Wing Walk’ for us.  This was originally scheduled for 17th November, but due to adverse weather and the runway being flooded has been postponed a number of times and we are awaiting for a further date to be scheduled. “This event will happen” says Linda therefore if you would like to support Linda you can donate and leave her a message of encouragement on our Justgiving Page – (purple button) link below.
