Bus Pass Renewal

We are regularly asked by members –  “how and where can I renew my bus pass in order to receive the discounted fare when travelling with Cambridge Dial-a-Ride”?

We have been advised by the Council that this can be carried out at most Cambridgeshire public libraries where members of their staff will assist you with processing your renewal.  To check out library opening times, arrange an appointment (to make sure the right staff are on hand to help you) and to ensure you have the correct documentation with you when you attend, please visit https://www.cambridgeshire.gov.uk/residents/libraries-leisure-culture/libraries/visit-a-library for further information.
